• On obtaining passes, the pass holder confirms that he/she has read understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the park and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
• The management has put all efforts to keep all rides, slides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure.
• On successful payment, guest will receive a booking confirmation with booking details within 24 hours.
• Guests will need to show the booking details email at Park admission to avail the entry
• Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
• In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
• No refund in any form will be applicable if any or all of the artists are unable to deliver performance as declared for any reason whatsoever. Imagicaa reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this pass for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.

• The State of Maharashtra strongly recommends that all Guests either have taken single dose, be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering Imagicaa. We also highly recommend and encourage to get fully vaccinated at the earliest.
• Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status.

Merchandise Voucher

• Merchandise Voucher will only be available to redeem on Imagicaa branded merchandise
• In case user spends lower than voucher value balance cannot redeemed in cash
• If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value then guest will have to pay the balance amount
• Not allowed to redeem against candies or chocolates
• Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable.
• Incase of the Voucher damaged/Stolen or Lost, Imagicaa  will not be responsible for the replacement or compensation or misuse
• No two offers can be clubbed together
• Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed
