Novotel Stay for Superior Room with Complimentary Breakfast + Theme Park + Water Park

  • Hotel reserves the right to admission
  • GST rates are subject to the “Final Price” charged for Hotel accommodation service or accommodation package. Hotel reserves the right to collect the differential tax amount, if any as per GST law, on the total amount charged for the accommodation services or accommodation package, in case any additions are being made to such accommodation services by the guest during their stay.
  • Our Check – In time is 1400 hrs and our check – out time is 1100 hrs.
  • Early Check-in- Before 0800 hours- 100 % of the room rate. 0800-1200 hours- 50% of the room rate the guest has booked upon.
  • Late Checkout- 1100-1600 hours- 50% of the room rate. Beyond 1600 hours- 100% of the room rate guest has booked upon. Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 2100 hrs without registration and need to provide their identity proof .
  • 100% Advance Paid Booking. Non-refundable.
  • 1 Date Change Permitted 72 Hour Prior to Check-in
  • Two Kids below 16 Years get complimentary stay; twin sharing beds with parents.
  • Kid above 16 years charges will be ₹2000+taxes with extra Bed and Breakfast.
  • In One Room maximum 3 adults will be allowed with no kids OR 2 Adults with 2 Kids
  • Extra Bed if required @ ₹2000/- + 18% GST Per Night.
  • In case of 2 Adult and 1 Child or 1 Adult and 2 Adult with Children of 12 Years and above will be considered as triple occupancy and chargeable @ ₹2500/- + GST Per Night
  • After adding upgrade / extra bed / extra adult / child supplements charges, if room rate goes above ₹7500 + GST per night, GST will be applicable @ 18% on entire package.
  • Room stay is valid for the no. of nights selected and booked i.e. 1N/2D or 2N/3D and number of tickets issued are as per package selection
  • The authorised holder of the Ticket must present the Ticket upon entering the park(s)
  • The respective park tickets included in this package entitles the holder to single-day admission to the park selected for visit on any single day between regular park operation and park admission timing
  • Unless otherwise stated, Tickets must be used on/or by the period of visit date i.e. date/dates of hotel stay booked
  • Park ticket note : Children under 3 years of age get free entry to Theme Park & 5 years of age get free entry to Water Park.
  • Valid to visit till 1 Jan’24
  • Note : Stay bookings for 30 – 31 Dec includes Theme Park event specific tickets. Guests need to redeem Theme Park tickets on day of check-in, followed by Water Park tickets on the next day.
  • Room Upgradation Supplement :
    • ₹2000 for upgrade from Superior to Deluxe Room With Sofa Set
    • ₹2000 for upgrade from Superior to Executive Room
    • ₹3000 for upgrade from Superior to Classic Family Room with 2 Queen Bed.
  • Imagicaa management in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates and times of the attractions and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attractions for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Ticket will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the advertised attractions are removed or closed during the year
  • Hotel reserves the right to withdraw / discontinue the offer without prior intimation.
  • Advance purchase bookings will attract a full deposit and same will be charged at the time of reservation which is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
  • Please note that an early departure fee is equivalent to 1 night’s room charge which will be applicable in case the guest check – out earlier than the scheduled date of departure.
  • In case of cash payment exceeding ₹49,999 PAN Card copy is mandatory of the guest.
  • Any modifications to a reservation is subject to hotel’s availability and any change in dates may result in rate change.
  • Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas within the hotel premise. In case of smoking in rooms penalty of ₹10000 plus applicable service charges and GST will be levied.
  • Novotel Imagicaa restricts any kind of gambling or gambling-related activities. (offline and online gambling, games played for money, casino-based games-regardless of whether money is exchanged, poker, slots, bingo, lotteries, sports betting, betting on races, and other card games )
  • All guests must carry a valid ID proof for check-in process e.g Adhaar Card/Passport , Driving Licence or voter ID. Valid Visa Passport is mandatory for international traveller.
  • We request you to avoid traveling and visiting public places which includes Imagicaa in case you have any symptoms related to any Covid-19 variants
  • Aarogya Setu app is mandatory for the Park entry. This is to ensure safety for all staffs and guests at the park.
  • The State of Maharashtra order states that all Guests either have taken single dose, be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering Imagicaa.
  • Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, regardless of vaccination status.
