The Group activities have given the small town of Sangamner as well as its surrounding areas a new modern face. Along with developing the infrastructure of Sangamner, the Group has managed to create social awareness, encourage education as well as inspire the people to dream big and aspire more without disturbing the rural roots. Malpani Group is glad to have played an active role in the transformation of Sangamner and it putting it on the industrial map of the world. The Group is committed to drawing upon the wisdom of past generations while utilizing the innovation and enthusiasm of present generation in scaling greater heights than ever before.

Mr. Rajesh Malpani is a Bachelor’s of Technology from Nagpur University and M.S. (U.S.A.) from Virginia Technical Institute. He has been instrumental in infusion of modern management techniques, office automation, strong HRD practices, and motivation through trainings in the business activities of the group. Very keen on tax planning, he had been instrumental in driving optimum use of funds deployed in the business. He has served many honorary posts like President of Maharashtra Tobacco Association, RAC member on Central Excise Regional Advisory Committee, Aurangabad for 2 terms, & Nasik for 1 term, Director – Sangamner College, Director – Sangamner Merchants Association, Chairman – Sangamner Merchants Co-operative Bank, Vice President – Sangamner Lions Club

Mr. Manish Malpani; a soft spoken and decisive, creative and innovative, visionary and enterprising is a Director of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd. He entered the family business at a young age and infused new energy in the group with his creative ideas. He is instrumental in diversification of the business. He introduced the business group to the new arena of real estate business and led it successfully. He is one of the pioneers of amusement park and theme park business in Maharashtra. He started the Wet ‘n Joy Waterpark in Shirdi and then in Lonavala. The spiritual theme park ‘Sai Teerth’ is not only his idea but it is also a reflection of his spiritual self. Along with this he also conducts a number of social services in and around Sangamner. He has organized many mass marriage events. He is also an environmentalist who is dedicated to tree plantation in Sahyadri range of mountains.

Mr. Jai Malpani is a Bachelors of Science with majors in Economics and Finance. Youngest and dynamic among all, he has depth knowledge in finance and expansion of business with use of modern management. He is handling the group Water Parks and other businesses. Within a short span of time he has demonstrated capability in creating strong presence in the Entertainment & Hospitality industry. He also takes care of the group’s Investment and Private Equity transactions.

Anita Pawar is a Non-Executive & Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Legislative Laws from ILS Law College Pune. She has around 12 years of Experience as a Practicing Lawyer in handling criminal and civil cases.

Mr. Suresh Bharthwaj, aged 56 years, holds a bachelors’ degree in Commerce and he is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 27 years of experience in financing and accounting field. Mr. Bharathwaj is a Senior Finance and Accounts Professional with a rich and diverse experience across sectors with experience in multinational companies and large Indian Corporations. He has held various senior management positions in companies like Kores, Carrier, ILFS Educations, L& T Finance, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, Go Airlines, Renuka Sugars etc.

Mr. Abhijit Chawathe is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He has an experience spanning over 25 years in areas of Finance, Production, Marketing and Distribution in the Indian Films & Television Industry. He has an acute understanding of budgeting & economics of the Entertainment Industry.

Mr. Mohan Umrotkar is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He started his career with Deloitte and progressed up the ranks over a 10 year period. His subsequent notable stints include positions of Global Financial Controller at a large visual effects conglomerate. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of rich experience in the field of Business strategy, Audit, Accounts, Corporate Finance, SEBI & Legal. He is adept in Leadership, Commercial Negotiations, Business & Financial Planning, Legal Advisories, and Taxation

He is a Post Graduate in Management Studies (Marketing). He has also successfully completed ILPSIE from INSEAD Business School for the World.
He has completed Certificate course in Innovation for Leaders by Harvard Publishing organised by Reliance Retail.
He has been awarded among Top 50 Most Talented Retail Professionals of India by Asia Retail Congress

Mayuresh Kore, Chief Financial Officer & Head – Legal

Over 14 years of diverse experience across project finance, treasury, investment banking and new business initiatives.
Prior experience with Walkwater Media Limited, Adlabs Films Limited (Reliance Mediaworks Ltd) and Centrum Finance Limited.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University.
