Vehicles that seat upto 6 or 4 ticketed passengers, depending on the package selected.
Chauffeur-driven AC vehicle is made available to Imagicaa and back, from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune or Thane.
Vehicles must be booked by 8pm on 30 Dec 2019.
Valid for entry to Park at 10am or later on 31 Dec 2019.
Return at your convenience, or no later than 2am on 1 Jan 2020.
Price includes applicable Expressway tolls.
Limited vehicles are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Terms and Conditions
In addition to standard Terms and Rules, the following apply:
- Prices are exclusive of taxes
- General & Silver Access pass holders may enter the Theme Park on 31st Dec, 8pm onwards.
- Gold, Diamond, and VIP pass holders may enter the Theme Park on 31st Dec, 10am onwards.
- Guests with Day tickets may enter the Theme Park on 31st Dec, at 10am onwards and can upgrade to event tickets at the Park if they wish to enjoy the New Year Bash. However if they do not upgrade, participation to the new year event isn’t permitted.
- Consumption of alcohol may inhibit you from entering rides & attractions. Guest safety is paramount and guests must adhere to the ride operator's directions.
- On obtaining passes, the pass holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the park and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
- The management has put all efforts to keep all rides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure.
- On successful payment, guest will receive a booking confirmation with booking details within 24 hours. In case of Non receipt, please write to contactus@imagicaaworld.com
- Guests will need to show the booking details email at Park admission to avail the entry to the parks
- Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
- In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
- Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-replaceable, if lost or stolen, and will be void if altered.
- Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.

- No refund in any form will be applicable if any or all of the artists are unable to deliver performance as declared for any reason whatsoever.
- Imagicaa reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this pass for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
- Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
- We request you to avoid traveling and visiting public places which includes Imagicaa in case you have any symptoms related to any Covid-19 variants
- Visitors would need to comply with relevant guidelines and protocols laid down by regulatory authorities in light of the Covid-19 as may be applicable on the day of visit.
- The event has been organized by the management to the best of our abilities and available information and guidelines on the day of ticket sale.
- Face coverings are recommended for all Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors, including on many attractions and in enclosed transportation vehicles, as a precautionary measure.
Merchandise Voucher
- Valid to redeem only on Imagicaa branded products
- Cannot be used for any chocolates and food items
- No Two offers can be clubbed
- Two vouchers cannot be clubbed
- Voucher can be redeemed only inside retail stores and any kiosk
- Replacement will not be issued in case the merchandise voucher is lost or misplaced.
- Merchandise voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits
- In case of any Misunderstanding or conflict, the decision of Imagicaa management will be treated as final

Tent Stay Terms and Conditions
Guests cannot avail tent stay without purchase of New Year Bash tickets or packages. Tent packages do not include New Year Bash tickets or packages. Only double occupancy tents are available. There are limited number of tents available. Checkin: 11:00 am, 31st Dec, 2019, and checkout: 9:00 am, 1st Jan, 2020. Each tent package includes: 1 camping tent, 2 mattresses, 2 pillows, 2 blankets, access to facilities, and breakfast for 2. Breakfast will be offered at Water Park the following morning. Facilities include shower, lockers, and washrooms at Water Park. Dedicated Food and Beverages counter available, with products on a chargeable basis. Evening entertainment includes bonfire and acoustic music. Children below 6 years are not allowed. Tents are sold online and at the Park on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Registration and tent allotment will be completed at Water Park arrival plaza. 24 hours security will be provided with a shuttle service to the camping area from Theme Park parking lot. Guests must complete check-in procedures and registration, which would include verification of online booking confirmations, display and deposit of Govt. ID cards (or copies). Allocation of tents is on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Strictly no smoking inside or near the tents. Any damage or loss related to camping will be billed to guests at the time of checkout:
- damage or loss to tent - Rs. 5000
- damage or loss to mattress - Rs. 2000
- damage or loss to sleeping bag - Rs. 2500
- damage or loss to bulbs/fixtures – Rs. 500.
Hotel Stay Terms and Conditions
All hotel bookings are subject to availability.
All package rates are valid as per the dates mentioned only.
Standard Check In time is 1400 hrs (2pm) and Check Out is 1100 hrs (11am).
Any Early Check In or Late Check Out may attract an additional day use charge of Rs. 5000 plus taxes for a maximum of 4 hours and thereafter a full day rate (rate of the day) will be applicable.
An extra bed, if not included in the package, will be charged at an additional rate of Rs. 2000 plus applicable taxes and will always be on subject to availability.
The reservation does not guarantee the room allocation on the basis of the Guest's preference, such as king bed, twin bed, smoking room, pool view room, etc. However we will always try to fulfil Guests' entire requirement.
All room occupants must display a valid Indian Government approved photo ID cards at the time of Check In, failing which may result in rejection of accommodation.
The hotel will be charging an additional amount as an advance token against the payment for availing other services/facilities in the hotel.
Due to any inclement weather condition at any of the destinations, we are not liable for any kind of refund.
Postponement of booking will be treated as cancellation and new booking will have to be made be subject to availability.
Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 2300 hrs (11pm) without registration and eed to provide their identity proof.
In case of cash payment exceeding Rs. 24999, a PAN Card copy is mandatory from the Guest.

A surcharge may be applicable during festival, peak and blackout dates.
Please note there will be penalty of Rs. 3000 plus taxes & service charges in case guest is found smoking in a non-smoking room

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation upto 72 hours prior to visit date will attract a penalty of 25% of package cost. Any cancellation within 72 hours of visit date will attract a penalty of 100% of package cost.
