- I have soft copy of my College Id card. Will it be considered for College special offer?
Yes. Soft copy of your College ID should clearly display the below information in order for you to enter the Park – . Your Full Name as mentioned on your Govt. ID card . College Year . Name / logo of the College . The college ID must be duly signed by authority
- Can we avail College special offer with 10th standard hall ticket?
No. College Id Card + Government Id card is mandatory to be produced on your day of visit
- I have cleared my 10th standard in 2020 but due to Covid-19, admissions for college have not begun. Can we still avail College offer?
If you have a valid 10th standard school ID card of March / April 2020 then you can avail the College special offer
- I do not have my College Id card. Can we show fee receipt when we visit the park?
No, fee receipt cannot be accepted. College Id card & Government Id card is compulsory
- What documents are considered valid as Government id Card
Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Voter’s id Card / Driving License
- I don’t have College Id card. Can I avail College offer on my Government Id Card
No. Both College Id Card + Government Id card is mandatory to be produced on your day of visit
- Till when can we avail the College Special offer?

- Can we use College Special offer to pre-book Water Park tickets?
College Special offer is applicable only on Theme Park tickets. Water Park is temporarily non-operational.
- Can we avail College Special offer with admission receipt of college?
No. College Id card & Government Id card is compulsory
- My College Id is not in a good condition. Will it be accepted as a valid proof at the park

No. This offer is applicable only for College students
- We are a large group of college students. Can we get more discount than 50%?
Flat 50% discount remains the same for any group of college students.
- Is pick-up & drop service (Car or Bus) available from Mumbai or Pune?
Currently, we are not providing any pick-up & drop facilities
Safety Measures Followed
Employees
- Daily screening for temperature. Quarantine measures in place if any early detection of symptoms.
- Safety gear for protection (face shields for some and masks and gloves for everyone at park)/b>
- Training for social distancing between themselves as well as guests
Guests & Services
- Park will open with limited capacity initially (50%) and increase in phased manner gradually.
- First thing even before security will be temperature screening followed by disinfection by moving through a mist corridor (spraying disinfectant all over body).
- Medical team will be there at entrance to inspect symptoms and segregate those with positive symptoms.
- Contactless entry through barcode scanner at turnstile for those who pre-book.
- Regular disinfection and cleaning of all high contact areas.
- Cleansing after every ride cycle before new batch of guests get on ride.
- No indoor shows and indoor attractions to start with. Phased opening.
- 50% capacity enforced (alternate seating or leaving 2 seats between each group/ couple).
- Contactless payment - enabled everywhere through UPI. Encouraged to pay through UPI
- No character interaction and parade temporarily.
Social distancing will be enforced for guests in all areas including restaurants
- Only open air restaurants will be active.
- Alternate table seating to be arranged.
- For retail, limited entry into stores and no trials
- All preparation under fssai norms - No buffets served
- All WHO, ICMR measures, processes and guidelines being followed.

In addition to standard terms and rules, the following apply.
Valid on: Regular tickets at Theme Park
Valid College ID & Government ID Card is mandatory for all guests availing the special deal.
Admission and acceptance of proof is at the discretion of staff.
Not valid in combination with any other promotions.
Plus taxes as applicable.
No two offers can be clubbed together. Not valid for special events, deal days and blackout days.
