You will receive a notification with regards to your driver and vehicle details, sent to you directly by our travel partner through an SMS & Email by before 6.00 AM on date of visit.
If you don’t receive driver details related to car travel, please call us on our transport help desk on 022-62552900 , between 7am – 10pm.

The vehicles used in the Combo/ add on package are operated by Third party tour operators who are acting solely as an agent for Imagicaa in arranging vehicles and Imagicaa is not responsible for any shortcomings in the services offered, any liability for any and all claims, including claims stemming from or related to personal injury, illnesses, accidents, death, property loss, or any other loss or grievance, arising from participation on the service offered by the Third party operators.
For any travel facility availed and booked online the Pick up and Drop location will be the same. No change pick up or drop location will be entertained post booking.

As per government guidelines, Senior Citizens above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women & Children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home.
In case any guest does not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Imagicaa holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without citing any further reasons or explanations
Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.
Request for visit date change will have to be intimated at least 48 hours prior to the date booked for. Charges for the same will be onwards of ₹199* for Theme Park and ₹99* for Waterpark (plus applicable taxes).
