Terms & Conditions

  • Birthday girl/boy will receive a free Express Ticket of Theme / Water Park
  • Birthday girl/boy will receive a guaranteed return gift.
  • Mandatory to present a Govt. issued valid photo ID (original) at park ticket counter
  • They must visit on or +/- 3 days of their birthday.
  • Per transaction only 1 Birthday person will be allowed Free Express entry. Any additional birthday person can avail offer through separate booking transaction.
  • Minimum 4 friends/family (i.e. Celebrating Crew) must accompany the birthday girl/boy on the same visit date.
  • The Crew must pre-book their Regular tickets online and they will get their Free Express Upgrade ticket at the park counter on arrival.
  • Any food or travel add-ons are chargeable. If travelling by car, remember to keep an extra seat available for birthday girl/boy. At least 4 Crew members must pre-book their tickets using the correct promo code, and accompany the Birthday Boy/Girl. At Pre-booking is required, along with appropriate promo code usage.
  • If booking car travel, Crew must remember to include a seat for the Birthday Boy/Girl.
  •   Children under 3 years of age get free entry to Theme Park & 5 years of age get free entry to Water Park
  • Brownie coupon valid for redemption at Arrmada or Robertos at Theme Park and at Ammos Restaurant or Cones kiosk at Water Park
  • 1 Brownie will be issued against 1 coupon between 4 – 6 pm only.
  • Coupon cannot be exchanged for Change or Cash
  • This coupon is non-transferable, non-saleable & non-refundable
  • Incase the brownie coupon is Damaged/Stolen or Lost, Imagicaaworld will not be responsible for the replacement or compensation.
  • Return Gift –
    • Voucher will be issued at park ticket counter & gift to be collected from Main Retail store
    • Voucher valid on day of visit only, on select Imagicaa products. Now two offers can be clubbed
    • Guest to present a Govt. issued valid photo ID (original) while claiming the Free Gift
    • The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash/credit. Refund / exchange is not allowed
    • Imagicaa reserves the rights to cancel/discontinue this voucher/offer without any prior notice.
    • Not valid on Pre-schoolers, Passports, Packages.
    • No two offers can be combined.
    • T&C apply.
  • On successful payment, guest will receive a booking confirmation with booking details within 24 hours
  • Guests will need to show the booking details email at Park admission to avail the entry
  • Guests will be required to show their valid government ID card for booking confirmation and entry to the park during the day of visit
  • Request for visit date change will have to be intimated at least 48 hours prior to the date booked for. Charges for the same will be onwards of ₹199* for Theme Park and ₹99* for Waterpark (plus applicable taxes).   • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation charges of 25% of the bookings will be applicable
  • Cancellations of entry tickets are permitted only up to 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit, and 25% cancellation charges shall be levied on the total price paid. No refunds are permitted if cancellations are made within 48 hours prior to the intended date of visit. Partial cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
  • Any Refund requested will be processed subject to non-redemption within 10 Business days from receipt of requests.
  • In case of guest do not adhere to safety measures at the Park, Imagicaa holds the right of admission or to expel the guest from the Park premises for safety of all guests and employees without sighting any further reasons or explanations

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee

If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.

Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items
