Me & my friends visited Imagicaa 1st time. It is the best amusement park in India. It was an enjoyable day. I loved all rides and Attractions but specially best rides & attractions were Rajasaurus, Deep space, I For India, Nitro, scream machine & Gold rush Express. The best thing was all age groups can enjoy Imagicaa.

The staff was so helpful as specially one of your staff Mr.Mahesh Jadhav sir, they were so welcoming & they helped us give a proper direction to complete all rides and attractions thank you so much sir and thanks to Imagicaa.

We will visit again & again and also informed to my friends & family to visit Imagicaa.

Hi, my name is Hradesh Rai and I came to visit Imagicaa from Bhopal, Madhya pradesh. This mail is regarding my visit on 30th July 2023, in simple word’s I would just like to say a day well spent. I visited the place with my wife and few friends, we all had a great time at the park, the Ambiance of the place is great, the Quality and safety of the rides is Amazing, the food quality and hygiene and most important the sincere management and Supporting Staff.

I would specially like to mention about one incident, today my wife lost one of her Gold earring during Scream Machine ride, we informed to the supporting staff about it and they were very much supportive in our search, when we were unable to find it the staff took my contact details and assured me to keep looking for it and to return if the find the earring, we then left the area and moved ahead and to our great luck today, we received the call within an hour from one of the staff member informing me that they found the jewellery nearby ride area and asked me to collect it, after some formalities the staff returned me the lost item.

Although we had great experience with the staff throughout the premises but I would specially like to mention and thank few staff members who helped us in our search.

Very Very Big Water Park. All Rides Are Awesome and Very Clean Water Park. Wave Pool is very Big. Ammos restaurant staff Sandip Mangle gave very good deal for food. Unlimited buffet is very reasonable price. I am again coming with my family.

Me and friends visited Imagicaa for the 4th time but it still excited me as if we are visiting it for the first time. It is always fun visiting Imagicaa.
It is The best amusement park in India. There are so many rides we enjoyed. Major attraction I loved was nitro, scream machine ,dare 2 drop, rajasaurus river ride. The best thing about Imagicaa is that it is open for all age groups.
The staff of Imagicaa was so helpful and so kind specially Mahesh jadhav sir they were so welcoming and kind towards us and they helped us in all possible ways. He surely made our day amazing at Imagicaa 😊 It was really a pleasure at Imagicaa, had a great day! Will surely visit again

Today, we had come to Imagicaa. Nice experience of all rides & attractions . We did all rides. Wrath of the god’s show is very unique show and Dr.Chandra and Mr .Kiran very nicely explained peace of harmony.

Me and my family visited/enjoyed the Theme Park on 28th Jan 2023. Few things to mention which made our visit safe/wonderful. We traveled to Imagicaa from Mumbai, Dahisar with Balano and Driver.
We enjoyed the activities at the Theme Park and were thrilled. We made an exit from the park gate between 8:30pm and 9:00pm, with the last few from the park. We found that our Balano car’s tyre had issues [no air] and a nearby tyre mechanic was not available. There were very few people in the parking area and lights were going off one by one. By that time lights were also off in the area where our car was parked.
Jayesh from the Security team immediately came and analyzed the situation. Security team switched on the lights and the team (Jayesh Palande, Deepak Angre, Swapnil Surwanshi, Nitin Salunke, Ravi Dumna) guided and helped us in replacing the tyre. Within 30-40 min tyre issues got fixed and then the Security team ensured our trouble-free departure.
They all were Super Hero for that moment and raised the Customer Care mark very high.

I along with my friends visited Imagicaa Theme Park just yesterday and had an amazing and memorable time over there. I am writing this to give a review about the customer service we received from your entity staff over there. Each and every detail about the entire trip was guided by Mr. Mahesh Jadhav in an excellent manner to us and it was ensured that we experience all the major rides and attractions at the park. Entire experience of us was unforgettable and we’ll certainly visit Imagicaa again.

Hello team,Just wanted to say that we had wonderful experience at Imagicaa yesterday (12 Jan) and this was mainly because of Satesh. He was with us for the whole day guiding us and helping with various things. He would plan ahead and suggest what next. There were multiple requests from kids and all were fulfilled by Satesh. He exhibited very high standards of customer service and satisfaction. We all have got lovely memories of our day at Imagicaa.

It was great experience to coming to Imagicaa on my 18th Birthday. This time I came with my family and all facilities and arrangement was so good like there where rides for all age groups. No one will get bored here. No matter how many times you come here, it is always less. Thank you Imagicaa and team to celebrate my birthday to the best….

Thank you Novotel and Imagicaa team for looking after us so well .Staff is so courteous and polite , they looked after our every need promptly. Enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel. Don’t miss out on mushroom risotto and paneer chilli. break fast had very good spread .We stayed in Deluxe rooms which were spacious and clean . Rides at imagicaa were superb and even elders can enjoy them . My mom who is 80 yrs of age did all indoor rides . They provide golf carts to elders too. India darshan and alibaba were awesome rides . Water park’s wave pool is very good . Snow park has snow fall too which was great fun . Pizza at water park is highly recommend . Thank you for memorable weekend Novotel and Imagicaa. 💕👍
