Terms

In addition to standard terms and rules, the following apply.

  • Additional T&C apply for member discounts.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Passport is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of booking.
  • Imagicaa Passport / Imagicaa Express Passport entitles the holder a total of four visits to Imagicaa Theme Park and Water Park.
  • Water Park Passport entitles the holder a total of 3 visits to Imagicaa Water Park only.
  • Passport allows the holder to avail various offers either at Theme Park or Water Park within the valid period.
  • The Passport holder under whose name the Passport has been purchased must be present at the ticket counter at the time of redemption.
  • Passport holder must care for and maintain the Passport. Torn / soiled / damaged Passports will not be accepted.
  • Only the Passport holder will be allowed to avail offered benefits.
  • Passport is not valid unless signed by the holder of the pass.
  • Passport is not a credit/debit card and is non- refundable, non-saleable and non-transferable.
  • The signing and usage of Passport is governed by the terms & conditions and rules & regulations of the Imagicaa Passport program and is deemed as acceptance of said terms available at www.imagicaaworld.com.
  • Imagicaa reserves the rights to withdraw/discontinue this product/offer/promotion at any point without any prior intimation.
  • The management has put all efforts to keep all rides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to green initiatives/technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure.
  • Product, ticket, package and addon rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Duplicate Passport can be issued on request subject to verification and at an additional charge of Rs. 200 per Passport.
  • No two offers can be combined. Other offers, services, benefits may not be combined with Passport offers.

One Magic Pass is valid for one person only. Simply choose any 4 out of the 7 available parks to visit and present your physical pass at the entrance.

Your Magic Pass will be valid for one full year from when date of purchase

You can buy a new Magic Pass to enjoy all the benefits, as it cannot be renewed once it expires.

Yes, simply pay the difference between the park’s regular ticket and Magic Pass to upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade your Magic Pass regular access to an Express ticket by paying the nominal park-specific upgrade fee

If the Magic Pass goes missing or is stolen, it can be reissued for a fee of ₹200.

Magic Pass does not allow access to third party attractions and cannot be availed to purchase any MRP food and beverage items
