I visited Imagicaa today i.e. on 23rd Nov, 2024. It was great experience overall. Had great fun on all the rides and what enhanced the experience was almost nil waiting time due to express ticket.
I visited Imagicaa today i.e. on 23rd Nov, 2024. It was great experience overall. Had great fun on all the rides and what enhanced the experience was almost nil waiting time due to express ticket.
Could not do Bump it Boat! ride as it was under maintenance but other than that all rides were great.
I think what led to experience being multifold at Imagica was my decision to choose VIP package for us (me and spouse). Firstly along with rides, lunch and dinner was in-house, secondly we had good usher Ms. Sakshi who helped us wherever required, solved all our queries and was courteous and polite. Thirdly, till the end of our visit we were not at all tired because of the buggy service provided throughout. Lastly, to keep these wonderful memories with us, we also got options to buy merchandise and keep photos as souvenirs.
Overall, this VIP package is a great combination of all benefits where one get to enjoy all the offerings of the theme park within the limited time and that too without feeling exhaustive.

This is my first trip to Imagicaa World. I stay in Mumbai and came here along with my 7 year old son. I had some issue and this star employee of yours, Snehal Gaikwad went out of the way to help us.
This is my first trip to Imagicaa World. I stay in Mumbai and came here along with my 7 year old son. I had some issue and this star employee of yours, Snehal Gaikwad went out of the way to help us.
I have never seen such level of sincerity and responsiveness in anyone. I have travelled to many places including Ferrari World of Abu Dhabi but never experienced such level of service.
I am very impressed and thanks Snehal for making my and my son’s experience memorable. I will come again with my wife and daughter.
