Me & my friends visited Imagicaa 1st time. It is the best amusement park in India. It was an enjoyable day. I loved all rides and Attractions but specially best rides & attractions were Rajasaurus, Deep space, I For India, Nitro, scream machine & Gold rush Express. The best thing was all age groups can enjoy Imagicaa.

The staff was so helpful as specially one of your staff Mr.Mahesh Jadhav sir, they were so welcoming & they helped us give a proper direction to complete all rides and attractions thank you so much sir and thanks to Imagicaa.

I’m Prem Pavan. I visited Imagicaa Pune yesterday using a VIP Pass, and I must say the experience was absolutely wonderful and truly value for money.During my visit, I came across four of your exceptional employees who went beyond their assigned responsibilities and delivered outstanding customer service.
Roshani, in particular, genuinely impressed me with her eagle-eye attention to detail. She was able to identify VIP badges from a distance and proactively assisted guests by facilitating quicker access to rides. At times when crowd movement caused waiting of 10–15 minutes, she noticed our badges from afar and made sincere efforts to assist us, which made a significant difference to our experience.
Such proactive and guest-centric behavior truly reflects the standards Imagicaa stands for.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and appreciate the efforts your team puts into making the experience memorable.
